Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We do everything we can to make your stay special. This guide tells you everything you need to know about our space and lists some of our favorite things to see and do in the area. If you have any questions not answered in this guide, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

🕓 Check-in:
From 16:00 until 22:00.
You will receive your key via a keybox at the front door (box C).
The code will be shared with you in advance. Please use the keybox discreetly and only take the key after the official check-in time.
🕙 Check-out:
No later than 10:00.
Please leave the key in the mailbox in the hallway and close the door properly. Thank you!
House Rules
To keep everyone's stay pleasant, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:
Quiet hours start at 22:00. Please avoid loud music or conversations outside.
No additional guests without the host’s permission.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony or terrace, with respect for neighbors.
🚫 No soft drugs allowed – a €100 fine applies in case of violation.Pets are not allowed.
Please report any damage or defects immediately so we can resolve it together.
Do not move furniture without permission.
Always close windows and doors securely when leaving.

Amenities & Instructions
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided:
Basic Supplies
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel
Bed linen and 2 towels per guest
Coffee and tea (basic supply)
Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponge & cloth
Washer & Dryer
Please do small loads, use the right amount of detergent, and leave the washer door open after use.
Clean the dryer lint filter after each cycle.
Heating
Tap the thermostat button to view and adjust the temperature.
Note: it resets to a comfortable setting several times per day.
TV & Internet
The TV offers a basic channel package.
WiFi is fast and stable via fiber optic or ADSL.

Waste
This house has private bins. Please separate your waste:
Green: compost (food, coffee grounds, flowers)
Grey/brown: general waste
Split bins: One side for plastic, the other side for paper (check the icons on the lid)
Orange (if available): PMD (Plastic, Metal, Drink cartons)
